Together with the donations we received for the month of February, we were able to create 11 food bags for the homeless!!
We took the kids shopping this afternoon again to pick the food and allowed them to pack it so that they could be involved in the whole process! Being away for half term meant it was a military operation today but we managed it.
We distributed these in Birmingham today. It is such a rewarding experience to see the kids so involved and willing to give up their time to do this! A simple thank you means so much and you can see how grateful the homeless are! Even more rewarding is seeing them dig straight into the food bags and start eating!
